The honest answer

Why buy from a small shop instead of a big one?

We use what we sell.

PGL Originals are designed by a working guitarist and professional teacher, based on years of hands-on experience with what actually works.

We changed a product because customers told us to.

Players told us the ball-end attachment on our V.1 electric strings wasn't good enough. We agreed. We changed factories and rebuilt it. The V.2 you're buying today exists because customers spoke up and we listened. That's not a policy: it already happened.

You can reach the owner.
